Interview with David Osborne
On March 11, 2008, CORE hosted a conference on Alternative Service Delivery

TORONTO, January 24, 2008 – The Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education
(CORE) today released State of Canadian Outsourcing, a report that includes data on
publicly announced outsourcing deals in Canada over the five-and-a-half-year period
between January 1, 2002, and June 30, 2007. This report provides an overview of trends
in the outsourcing market in Canada during the study period, and includes data on the
types of work being outsourced, top outsourcing companies and industries, as well as
