CORE – Call for Nominations to Board of Directors

The terms of five (5) of CORE’s current Board members expire at the end of CORE’s fiscal year (June 30, 2012) and CORE is calling for nominations to fill the pending vacancies. The election of five directors, for three-year terms, will take place at CORE’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), currently scheduled for April 24^th, 2012, in Toronto.  

A Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has been constituted to accept and review nominations, and to make recommendations to the full Board. A slate of five directors will be put forward for a vote at the AGM.  

Please send nomination to Ray Lavitt, President  & CEO, CORE, at ray.lavitt@core-outsourcing.org by no later than 5:00 PM on February 17, 2012.  Nominations need not be in any prescribed form, but should address the criteria outlined.
