The Module 1 exemption exam can only be completed once all other modules and their related exams have been completed and it is only for those individuals who choose not to attend the Essentials of Outsourcing course.

The exams must be completed in the following timeframe:

For courses delivered after Sept. 1, 2011 you will have one year from the date of the course to complete the exam
For courses delivered between Jan. 1, 2009 and August 31, 2011 you will have until August 31, 2012 to complete the exam
