Outsourcing is no longer just about the mega-deal or just a strategy deployed by large corporations. Midsize companies stand to gain a lot from outsourcing and are demonstrating increasing power in the marketplace. Subsequently, large organizations are experiencing what midsize counterparts have been practicing all along…how to make smaller deals work. This discussion forum will focus on strategies for outsourcing transactions that are not the large deals and answer questions such as: Does the size of the deal matter? Are price points different? Can you get customization? How to select the right provider when you don't have scale. Are the big providers in the marketplace interested in smaller arrangements? Can midmarket organizations take advantage of offshoring?

The forum will be interactive with open Q & A discussion. Participants will have an opportunity to increase their knowledge of outsourcing strategies, interact with the panel and network.
