Frank Hart
President, Prima Management Consulting
Frank is currently President of Prima Management Consulting, a firm he established which specializes in management consulting services to the outsourcing industry. He was appointed President of EDS Canada in 2005 and served in that role until Oct 2008 when he retired from EDS following the acquisition of EDS by HP. Prior to joining EDS, Mr. Hart was President and CEO of Crown Investments Corporation, a holding company with some $8 billion of investments in utilities, insurance and venture capital. He is also a former Partner with KPMG as well as served as a Deputy Minister for the Government of Saskatchewan. While at EDS, Mr. Hart served as an executive member of the global government industry, and the global defence industry teams for EDS. He was also a member of the America’s management team for EDS. Mr. Hart has gained significant industry experience throughout his career in the operations of companies in the energy, telecommunications, insurance industries as well as in government operations. He has sold and managed many significant and large outsourcing contracts in applications, infrastructure and business process outsourcing. He has also served as a director of several business and not for profit corporations.
Sebastien Ruest
Vice President, Infrastructure, Software and Services Research, IDC
As Vice President, Services & Technology Research, Sebastien Ruest is responsible for leading IDC's research in the Services & Technology marketplace. Mr. Ruest heads a seasoned team of analysts who cover the broad range of IT related infrastructure, software and services, from Consulting and Integration, Application Services, Infrastructure Optimization, Virtualization, Unified Communication and the growing Global Delivery Models, such as Outsourcing and Managed Services. Mr. Ruest also heads IDC's IT service benchmark practice and works with vendors and IT users to measure the efficiencies and cost-effectiveness of service delivery. Sebastien and his team leverage a combined 50 years of selling and delivering services when developing business cases, ROI, TCO and pricing to provide market insight and guidance to IDC's clients. Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Ruest had close to 10 years experience in corporate strategy, sales & marketing and research at IBM. Most recently, Mr. Ruest was a member of IBM’s Americas Market Intelligence Group, where he led a team responsible for providing insights into opportunities, buyer behaviour and competitive environments for IBM Canada.

Director and Assistant Professor, Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of IT Management
Ron Babin is a management consultant who specializes in Outsourcing and IT Management issues. Ron has extensive experience as a senior management consultant at two global consulting firms. As a partner at Accenture and prior to that at KPMG, he was responsible for IT Management and Strategy practices in Toronto. His consulting activities focused on helping client executives to improve the business value delivered by IT within their organization. Ron teaches IT management courses at York University’s Schulich Executive Education Centre and Ryerson University. At Manchester University he is a member of the Centre for Development Informatics. He is been an advisor to the IT program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, to the IT program at Sheridan College. Ron's most recent paper examining the effects of CSR on Outsourcing was published in the Journal of IS Applied Research. Ron is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and is a board member of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario.He is also a board member of the CIO Association of Ontario and in April 2009, joined the CORE Board of Directors.
Sriram Prakash
Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Offshoring, Deloitte, UK
Sriram has worked with Deloitte Research to manage and publish Deloitte Annual Benchmark Survey on Offshoring for the last 6 years and also co-hosts the annual Deloitte Roundtables on Offshoring. He has also worked on a range of client engagements that includes strategy formulation, performance review, new business launch, revenue enhancement and competitive benchmarking. In addition he has advised clients on a wide range of offshoring business issues such as captive development strategy, location assessment, vendor due diligence & selection, risk & governance framework and back-office monetisation. Sriram is also one of the eminence leads within Deloitte for outsourcing and offshoring advisory services.
