Head Global Resourcing, Canadian Banking, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
Sharon brings three decades of RBC experience having worked in the bank's Retail Sales, Business Servicing, Customer Relationship Management and eBusiness. She has worked as the National Client Strategy Manager and has held the position of the Regional Vice President for one of RBC's largest markets in Canada. As the Director of Transformational Change she has handled Lean Six Sigma, Centre Consolidation & Outsourcing/Offshoring practices for the bank. Her work helped create new enabling ECM technology capabilities (eg. Workflow, Image Capture) within the Retail Operations for the bank. As the head of Global Resourcing in RBC her responsibility is enterprise wide.
Sharon Ritchie will share how RBC set on the journey to successfully transform their BPO processes using the offshore model. This case study presentation has insight on various aspects of RBC’s relationship with iGATE with particular references to some evolutionary models on outcome based delivery models and risk sharing.
