Using global examples from a range of sectors and countries, Professor Willcocks describes how successful clients arrive at sourcing strategy. His presentation will examine the topics including supplier capabilities and managing across the outsourcing lifecycle. He will also predict and comment on trends for the next five years and their implications for Canada.
