Notice of Annual Meeting of Members of the Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the members of the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education [The Corporation]
will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Meeting Room 202 AB, North Building, Toronto, Ontario on the 17th day of
April 2008, at the hour of 7:30 am EST in order to:
(a) receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal period ended June 30, 2007 and the report of the auditors thereon;
(b) elect directors;
(c) appoint auditors and authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors; and
(d) transact such further and other business as may properly brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Copies of the financial statements and auditors report and a form of proxy accompany this notice.
